Terms of Service

Welcome to Studio Angel!

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Studio Angel (the "Service"), provided by Studio Angel Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use Studio Angel. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Studio Angel, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

4. Customer Data

You are responsible for ensuring that all data you enter into Studio Angel, including customer and patient information, complies with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

If you collect photo or identity document uploads through consent forms, you must:

  • Have a lawful basis to collect and store that information (for example, age verification).
  • Tell customers clearly why the upload is required and how long it will be kept.
  • Only collect what is necessary for your stated purpose.
  • Respond to customer data subject requests (access, erasure) using the tools provided in Studio Angel.

Studio Angel stores uploads in private cloud storage with access limited to your authorised team members. Uploads are subject to automatic retention limits as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees and abide by the terms of your chosen plan. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting unauthorized access, interfering with the Service, or using the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Angel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
